Policies delivered on a secure custom website usable on any of your devices. Links inside the orders take officers straight to relevant case law and Tennessee Code so they can actually read them — something paper can’t do. Officers can also download and print any policy if they want a hard copy. Officers digitally sign acknowledgments confirming they received and read the policies. They’re notified when policies change or new ones are added, and reminded when acknowledgments are still outstanding.

What if we’re pursuing TLEA accreditation?
That’s a different engagement. Agencies on that path typically use PowerDMS, and it does not include the TAS policy portal. Talk with Scott if that is your situation — practical support is available to manage PowerDMS, organize proofs, and prepare for review.
