One package. Here’s what you get.

A complete set of TLEA-aligned general orders, with your department policy portal included. The portal is part of the package, not a separate product.

Policy packages

Clear, current general orders tailored to your department and aligned with Tennessee Law Enforcement Accreditation standards. We don’t provide generic templates. Each set is written specifically for your department — town charter, town personnel policies, ordinances, and current policies — to reflect how you actually work.

Online policy portal

Policies delivered on a secure custom website usable on any of your devices. Links inside the orders take officers straight to relevant case law and Tennessee Code so they can actually read them — something paper can’t do. Officers can also download and print any policy if they want a hard copy. Officers digitally sign acknowledgments confirming they received and read the policies. They’re notified when policies change or new ones are added, and reminded when acknowledgments are still outstanding.

Forms and day-to-day usability

Needed forms and clear category tiles so officers can find orders quickly during a shift.

How we work

Five clear steps. One package.

1

We start with your current orders and local rules

We take into account your town charter, town personnel policies, ordinances, and how your agency actually operates — along with the policies you already have.

2

We write TLEA-compliant orders for your department

We don’t provide generic templates. Each general order set is written specifically for your department and aligned with Tennessee Law Enforcement Accreditation standards.

3

You review; we revise

The Chief decides who reviews the policies. We revise until the package fits how you run the agency.

4

We stand up your online policy portal and deliver the package

The portal is part of the complete package — not an upsell at the end.

5

Annual maintenance to keep it current

Annual maintenance keeps the written package and the portal current as laws and standards change.

Common questions

Is the portal separate?

No. It is included in the complete package — a benefit of the all-in offer, not a separate product.

Do we need PowerDMS for this package?

No. This path is for departments that need usable policy delivered simply, without that platform.

Do we have to pursue accreditation?

No. You can take the package for usable policy whether or not you are working toward TLEA accreditation.

What if we’re pursuing TLEA accreditation?

That’s a different engagement. Agencies on that path typically use PowerDMS, and it does not include the TAS policy portal. Talk with Scott if that is your situation — practical support is available to manage PowerDMS, organize proofs, and prepare for review.

Where do our files live?

Your policies live on a secure website and are downloadable.

How much does it cost?

Talk with Scott. We keep the offer simple: one complete package, with annual maintenance available to keep it current.
